How Do I
If you have a virtual appointment booked with your doctor, it is recommended to log onto the platform and request a video call at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. When you request a video call, you will be directed to the clinic's virtual waiting room. When your doctor is ready for your appointment, they will initiate the video call
Please note that clinic late policies and no-show fees also apply to virtual appointments. If you are having technical difficulties that prevent you from logging in on time, please call the office.
