Online Appointment Booking
We are pleased to introduce an online booking portal for patients!
You will need to enter your healthcare number and an email to use the portal.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after booking online, your appointment might not have gone through -- if it is not in your spam/junk folder, please contact our office.
Please note that some appointments are still required to be booked by phone:
  • IUD Clinic (Consults & Insertions)
  • Confirmation of Pregnancy Appointments (First Encounter in Pregnancy)
  • Biopsy Procedures
  • Out-of-Country Patients
  • Patients without Healthcare Cards
Having trouble booking online with your doctor?
  • This portal works best on Google Chrome. If you are having persistent issues, we also recommend trying to close or refresh your browser, clearing cookies, or trying to use a computer rather than your phone.
  • Appointments can only be booked online 30 days in advance. Booking more than 30 days in advance will need to be done by phone.
  • Steps for booking online:
  1. Complete the COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire (this opens automatically).
  2. Enter your healthcare number and click the Terms & Conditions and "I'm not a robot" buttons. If you are an existing patient of the clinic, the portal will then ask you to confirm your name and e-mail address. You will not be required to enter any further information as you are already in our system.
  3. If you choose the option to book without entering your healthcare number on the first page, you may not be able to see your family doctor's availability. You will also be required to enter all your information to create a new chart. We recommend that only patients who have never been to our clinic before use this booking option.
  4. Choose your appointment type in the drop-down menu. The portal will then pull up your doctor's availability for that type of appointment, as well as other doctors who see walk-in patients.
  5. Click on the appointment time you would like -- this spot will be reserved for 2 minutes.
  6. You should receive your booking confirmation email shortly after confirming your appointment online. If you do not receive this email, please contact us as your appointment may not have gone through.
