Online Appointment Booking
We are pleased to introduce an online booking portal for patients!
Due to rising COVID-19 case numbers, telephone appointments will temporarily be available to book online.
You will need to enter your healthcare number and an email to use the portal.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, your appointment might not have gone through -- if it is not in your spam/junk folder, please contact our office.
Having trouble booking online?

You will need to complete the COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire before you can use the booking portal (this opens automatically).

If you are an existing patient of the clinic, make sure that you have entered your healthcare number. If you choose the option to book without your healthcare number, you may not be able to see your doctor's availability.

Appointments can only be booked online 30 days in advance. Booking more than 30 days in advance will need to be done by phone.

If you are a walk-in patient and are unable to find an appointment online, please call us as we may still be able to accommodate you.
