What do you need to know about Pomelo?

  • If you choose not to register for Pomelo, you will not receive appointment reminders, as text and voice reminders are no longer available

  • If you already have a Pomelo account with another clinic and want to use the same email to register with us, please reach out to Pomelo Patient Support using the orange chat box on the login page so they can merge your accounts -- our clinic is not authorized to do this for you

  • Each email can only be associated with one account, so if you share an email with your spouse/partner/family, one of you will need to register and then connect your family through My Account > Connected Accounts

  • If you do not have a family doctor here, you will not be able to register for Pomelo

  • If you book an appointment through Pomelo, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes

  • If a staff member books your appointment, you should receive a confirmation email within 1 hour (except if the appointment is within the next 72 hours) and see the appointment on your account

  • Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of your appointment time may incur a cancellation fee

  • If you do not see an online availability for your doctor, please contact us as we may be still able to book an appointment

Please note that some appointments are still required to be booked by phone:

  • IUD Clinic (Consults & Insertions)

  • Confirmation of Pregnancy Appointments (First Encounter in Pregnancy)

  • Biopsy Procedures

  • Out-of-Country Patients

  • Patients without Healthcare Cards
